Bellhouse Surveyors provide comprehensive and professional surveying services on residential property throughout the North West.
Remember a mortgage valuation on a house is not a survey and should not be relied upon as such. You have a choice of survey, including a residential HomeBuyers Report or a Building Survey.
A Building Survey inspects all accessible areas of the property and will deal with any particular concerns you have, or any plans concerning structural alterations or extensions etc.. The surveyor will examine everything that is reasonably visible and accessible. The inspection will cover the structure and finishes of the building, and any outbuildings to the site. The surveyor will inspect grounds, boundaries and have regard to nearby trees.
The Building Survey is a very detailed, technical report giving advice on work that is required immediately and details any future ongoing maintenance and repair. The report is provided with a schedule of photographs.
